Dr. Radhika Dirks was the visionary CEO and founder of XLabs AI, leading audacious AI moonshots aimed at advancing humans. Under her leadership, Ribo AI spun out of XLabs uncovering more than 40 potential new cancer drugs for 11 cancer types – all using AI.
Prior to XLabs, she was CEO and founder of Seldn AI which accurately predicted global socio-economic disruptions, including the rise of ISIS. Dr. Dirks was also a founding member of Shell’s $1.4B venture capital group and COO of Rotary Gallop.
Dr. Dirks is a trusted advisor to Heads of State and Fortune 100 leaders, predicting the course of disruptive tech. Her command of the future comes from a rock-solid foundation: a Ph.D. in Quantum Computing and an MS in Nanotechnology, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
